They say if you don't write your goals down, then they are just ideas. So...here goes:

  1. Train for an entire training cycle INJURY FREE
  2. Strength train at least 3x per week for an entire training cycle
  3. Run a sub 23:00 minute 5k
  4. Run a sub 50 minute 10k by the end of 2016
  5. Run a Sub 1:55 Half Marathon
  6. Run a full marathon by the end of 2017


  1. These are great goals! I know you can achieve all of them. I had to try a half marathon 4 times before I hit my goal of running under 2 hours. It was a greatest feeling ever! Good luck!
