- Train for an entire training cycle INJURY FREE
- Strength train at least 3x per week for an entire training cycle
- Run a sub 23:00 minute 5k
- Run a sub 50 minute 10k by the end of 2016
- Run a Sub 1:55 Half Marathon
- Run a full marathon by the end of 2017

These are great goals! I know you can achieve all of them. I had to try a half marathon 4 times before I hit my goal of running under 2 hours. It was a greatest feeling ever! Good luck!
